Our Projects
Hamburg Intelman
For the Hamburg Intelman project, we implemented a comprehensive mechanical ventilation system that combines maximum functionality with fire safety requirements. From the ventilation central unit to the individual terminal components of the system, everything was executed with precision.
Our scope of work:
- Installation of ventilation central units and equipment
- Installation of certified smoke extraction ducts in accordance with fire protection regulation
- Installation of main ducts and distribution systems using rectangular supply air ducts and spiral ducts for supply and extract air
- Installation of supply and extract air valves with the highest precision
- Connection to outside air through the installation of outdoor air intakes and exhaust air outlets
Hamburg Westfield
Novelis Aluminium Plant
As part of the project implementation, we carried out a gas installation for supplying technological equipment and industrial furnaces on the site of an aluminium plant.
Our scope of work included:
- Execution of the gas installation supplying technological equipment and industrial furnaces
- Work carried out under increased difficulty conditions, particularly at great heights
- Installation work in areas with elevated ambient temperatures
- Execution of works in close proximity to operating technological equipment
- Performance of tests to ensure the tightness of the entire installation
- Quality control of weld seams with confirmed high-quality results
